Chris Heinritz CEO, Partner, Architect
Chris Heinritz has a diverse portfolio and specializes in custom estate homes, light commercial, townhomes, lofts and production housing. His desire to design began several decades ago, while studying at Diablo Valley College, he developed the love for architecture that took him to study at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree and studied Architecture in Europe for one year while attending the California State International Program in Florence, Italy.
Chris was a Founder and Principal for former Architectural firms, PZH Architects and Packowski Heinritz Associates. After 20 years working in the Architectural profession, he formed Chris Heinritz Architecture. Then he began partnering with Justin Mays and Edgar Amador at newly formed HMA Architecture. After just a few years, HMA has grown and Chris credits part of his success to having the right team; a group of dependable individuals who share the same passion, vision and desire to design the best. Chris believes that the ideal client provides clear direction and images of what they desire. He also believes that the architect-client relationship becomes a close relationship during the architectural process and that they will often remain friends. This fundamental belief has helped him to maintain and grow both professionally and personally. |
